Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern the sale of products or services (“Products”) by North American Medical, LLC (“Seller”) to you, the buyer (“Buyer”).

1. Price
   The price of the Products is as listed at the time of purchase. Prices may be subject to change without notice.
    
2. Payment Terms
   Payment for Products is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. Payments can be made via ACH, Wire, and PayPal.
    
3. Delivery
   Seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Products to the address provided by Buyer within 2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability.
    
4. Returns and Refunds
   Buyer must notify Seller of any discrepancies in expected condition within 5 business days of delivery. Buyer may return Products within said time frame for a full refund in the form of original payment. Returns beyond stated time frame may be returned, with approval, for a replacement if available, or a full credit on their account to be used toward an exchange or future purchase. Consumable products must be returned with sterility intact in their original packaging.
    
5. Warranty
   Unless otherwise agreed upon, all products are sold as-is, where-is, with all faults. Seller makes no guarantees unless specified in writing. Warranty terms ranging from 30 days to 1 year may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
    
6. Limitation of Liability
   Seller’s liability for any claim related to the sale of Products shall not exceed the purchase price of the Products. Seller is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
    

By purchasing Products from the Seller, Buyer agrees to these Terms of Sale.
